Since he began his practice in North Carolina, Sam Spagnola has been a legal advocate for every one of his clients. His dedication to every client is also what’s gotten him recognition as a Top-Rated Lawyer.

Many of these fields intersect, but many are also issues in and of themselves. In adding new fields, Sam aims to fully represent his clients interests.

About Sam Spagnola
Law has always been a passion for Sam Spagnola. While at Guilford College, he was involved in the North Carolina Student Legislature and wrote a political column for the school newspaper.
When he moved on to law school, Sam quickly became the president of the Federalist Society. He was also a member of the ATLA Mock Trial Team, the International Law Moot Court Team, the Board of Advocates, and the American Inns of Court. He further distinguished himself by being selected to be the Chief Counsel of the SMU Criminal Justice Clinic by his clinic professor.
Before he even graduated law school, Sam had already been a part of two real criminal jury trials (and won both). He had also worked as an intern for the Attorney General of Texas in child support enforcement.
Since establishing his practice in Greensboro, Sam has focused on family law and bankruptcy. These two areas of law greatly impact those they touch, and those involved in either deserve experienced and caring legal representation. And Sam wanted to provide that representation to Greensboro and the rest of the North Carolina Triad.
Sam still works with the same dedication and fire as he did in his college days. After successfully representing thousands of clients (so far) in his career, he’s still ready and willing to extend his legal expertise to anyone in need of it.

We’re Here For You
Looking Out For Your Best Interests
Your lawyer is your advocate in the legal labyrinth of the court system. Many people don’t even know where to begin when they’re facing a divorce, need a prenup, or on the verge of foreclosures.
The first thing you need to secure is legal representation. Don’t wait until the collectors are calling every hour on the hour. Or until after your spouse has already filed motions with their own attorney.
Though anything involving having to go to court is overwhelming, you don’t have to go it alone.
We’ve successfully navigated the court system for more than two decades and guided hundreds of clients through legal processes to satisfactory outcomes. And we can do it for you, too.
About Our Legal Philosophy
Everyone deserves their day in court. But more than that, everyone deserves a fair shake when they get that day.
We start from the belief that everyone who’s facing the court system should have experienced legal counsel who represents their best interests.
Your attorney is your guide and partner through the legal system. No where is that more true than family law or bankruptcy proceedings. When you’re facing a divorce or financial difficulties, it can feel like everyone is against you.
You shouldn’t feel that way about your attorney. And with The Spagnola Law Firm, you never have to.
